Charlie created and runs The Ardblair Stones event at the annual Blairgowrie & Rattray Highland Games of which his Father, Laurence Blair Oliphant is Chieftain

Charlie hoisted the Steens for the second week in succession at The Gathering, firmly etching his name on the role of honour.

While completeing his lift in April 2018, Charlie recreated Jim Splaine's classic photo by placing his son Laurence on his shoulders.
